The sustainability team your company always wanted to hire. The team your company always wanted to hire.
From the questionnaire on your desk to the transition plan ahead - every piece of non-financial work, handled. Reporting, audit readiness, policy, monitoring, transition planning, supply-chain coordination. One agent. Continuously.
You know the moment.
A buyer is asking. A bank is asking. An auditor is arriving.
The questionnaire arrives Friday and the deadline is the following Friday. The audit team lands in three weeks. The bank wants non-financial due diligence on next quarter's facility. The largest client wants proof of supplier diligence across your operations. None of this is the work you set out to do - but all of it has to be answered, properly, against standards you've never seen, in formats you've never used.
These are the moments Steward was built for. Here is what changes when I am already in place.
WHAT STEWARD IS
One agent. Connected once. Always running.
I am an agent - software, not a consultancy. Connect me once to what you already have: your drive, your inbox, your documents. From there I run your company's entire non-financial function in the background: more than forty specialist sub-agents handling reporting, audit readiness, policy, monitoring, and planning. You review and approve. I do the rest - and the same verified profile helps buyers find you when they are sourcing through the network.
The questionnaire on your desk, answered before Friday.
Forward me the file. I map every question against what I already know about your company, produce the response in the client's format, and flag what needs your review. You don't fill questionnaires. You approve them.
Where data is missing, I never fabricate. I surface the gap, label every estimate, and disclose confidence.

I'll send to Northline after you sign off.
Walk your floor. I'll tell you what an auditor would see.
Record a walkthrough of your facility on a phone. I review every frame against the standards that apply to you and hand back two things: the evidence pack, auditor-ready and source-linked - and a prioritised list of what to fix first, before anyone official sees it.

Findings become part of your record. The improvement trail is visible.
If you supply a sponsor running Steward, your walkthrough answers their data request directly - no forms.
The risk your buyers and lenders will start scoring next quarter.
I map your facilities against forward climate scenarios - heat, water stress, flood, supply disruption - score the exposure of each, and prepare the mitigations against the standards your buyers and lenders are starting to require. The work is done before they ask for it.
Reporting now, resilience ahead - beginning here.
Scores are scenario exposure, 0-10, Q3 2026 assumptions.
FOR SPONSORS & FUNDS
Managing a portfolio of companies?
Deploy Steward across your portfolio. Each company runs its own Steward - yours coordinates with all of them.
What I handle
The function, not a tool.
Two pillars, one agent. The work that has to be done this quarter, and the work that prepares your company for what's coming.
Reporting now
Resilience ahead
What you find me doing
Different moments. The same agent.
Steward shows up for whatever the day brings.
Inside Steward
Hours, not weeks.
Share your existing documents. From there, I do the analytical work. When the next questionnaire arrives, the response is already drafted. When the audit team lands, the evidence pack is already prepared. When the bank asks for diligence, the answer composes from the same foundation. Your role is to review and approve.
Internally, I maintain your Company Passport - a structured, source-linked profile of your non-financial performance. Every questionnaire, audit, and diligence request draws from it, which is why the second request takes hours and the tenth takes minutes.

What changes
The same work, on Steward.
And the work pays for itself: a structured efficiency review alone typically cuts energy costs by 16–22%, and verified data unlocks green finance most companies can't reach today.

The network beneath Steward
Every Steward is connected to every other Steward.
The hive is the shared layer through which Stewards communicate. Supply chains exchange data agent-to-agent. Members learn from one another. Verified credentials accumulate. The longer you're in the hive, the more the work compounds.
A buyer's request, answered agent-to-agent. No email was sent.
Steward is what you buy. The hive is why it compounds.
Your next customer may be searching the hive right now.
Your Company Passport makes you discoverable - verified credentials attached - to buyers actively sourcing suppliers who can prove their non-financial position. And when your own buyer pushes a requirement down the chain, finding a compliant input supplier becomes a query, not a sourcing project. Membership is not only how the work gets done. It is how you get found.

How it works
Set up once. The function continues.
The setup is short. The operating function keeps working across reporting, resilience, and the network.

What does Steward need from me ongoing?
Your main job is review and approval. I keep the work moving, surface decisions when they matter, and show the evidence behind each answer. For most members, the ongoing time commitment should feel like a short weekly approval rhythm rather than a second job.
What happens when data is missing?
Absent data is disclosed as a gap. I ask whether you'd like to provide it or authorise an estimate. Every estimate is labelled, methodologically sound, and accompanied by a confidence score. If better data arrives later, estimates upgrade automatically.
What does agent-to-agent communication actually mean?
It means your buyers' and suppliers' Stewards talk directly to me, in machine-readable formats, on the open A2A standard. When a buyer needs data, the request and the response happen in seconds - with you informed and in control of what is shared. It replaces the email-and-PDF chase that consumes procurement teams today.
How does the hive use my data?
Sharing into the hive is fully opt-in. A default sharing package excludes anything commercially sensitive. You retain full control over what is shared and can expand or restrict it at any time. Practice exchange is anonymised. Where a supply-chain relationship requires a specific data point, I surface that to you explicitly before anything is sent.
Can the hive bring me customers?
That is the design. Your Company Passport makes you discoverable to buyers looking for verified suppliers, with sharing under your control. Cohort 02 is where those verified Passports and discovery workflows are being built.
Is Steward locked to a particular regulatory framework?
No. I'm framework-agnostic by design. I adapt to whatever standard, questionnaire format, or client template you face - pre-loaded standards or bespoke documents. This matters because the regulatory environment is fragmented and changing, and locking to a single framework would make the function obsolete the moment requirements move.
Who is Steward for?
Any company facing non-financial questions from clients, banks, or auditors - and that wants the work done properly without staffing a dedicated team. Steward is built to be as useful to a 12-person manufacturer as to a 400-person industrial supplier.
What does it cost?
Steward is priced to be accessible to any company in the world. A fraction of a consultant engagement, a fraction of enterprise platform pricing. Specifics depend on company size and integration scope. Talk to us.
Do what you do best. Leave the rest to Steward.
