Steward is built for sensitive operational work. This notice explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle information shared with Steward.

Information we collect

We collect contact details, company information, product usage data, uploaded materials, and correspondence you choose to share with us. If Steward is configured for a member company, the workspace may also process sustainability, audit, supplier, policy, and evidence materials provided by that company.

How we use information

We use information to provide Steward, prepare workflows and evidence packs, maintain account security, improve product quality, respond to requests, and meet legal or operational obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Workspace and hive data

Each company workspace is treated as private by default. Sharing into the hive is opt-in and controlled by the member. Any shared package should exclude commercially sensitive information unless a member explicitly chooses otherwise.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Steward, maintain records, and satisfy legal obligations. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Your choices

You can ask us to update, export, restrict, or delete information where applicable. Some requests may be limited by legal, security, or operational requirements.
